From production to direct sales, to savor the fragrance of fresh bread and leavened products every day. All prepared with organically grown ingredients.
The Forno is the most recent space on the estate and consists of a communicating laboratory and sales point. The shop is a place with a classic, elegant and welcoming flavour, which offers customers bread and baked products prepared with organic cereals – rigorously ground with whole natural stones – and sourdough.
The Forno was created to expand the farm’s offering, to personally produce bread for tastings and to tell the story of the area from a cultural and historical point of view. In fact, a few hundred meters from the estate, there is the Capo di Fiume spring: in the Middle Ages, along the watercourse, there were several mills dedicated to milling wheat.
Every day at the bakery it is possible to buy fresh bread and baked goods: in addition to the typical country bread, rustico, saragolla and burattata, the offer is completed by pizzas, focaccias, sandwiches, breadsticks and biscuits.
The bread is naturally also served as an accompaniment to the dishes offered at the Tasting and Yogurt Shop.
From the Forno a good and sincere organic bread is born every day, perfect for tasting the dairy products and chocolate creams of Tenuta Vannulo.
